Exceptional Location: I found my little slice of paradise at this hotel. The lagoon view from my balcony was simply breathtaking, and being just a stone's throw away from the sandy beach made it feel like my backyard was an idyllic coastal playground.
No shampoo and conditioner: Bathrooms a bit old, but with the shops in Terrigal just a short 10-minute walk away, it wasn't a big deal.

We recently stayed at the Clan Terrigal for a weekend getaway. From the moment we walked into our warm and cosy room, we felt at home. The staff were incredibly welcoming and accommodating, even upgrading us to a ground floor room for our convenience. The breakfast in the restaurant overlooking the lagoon was excellent, and the hotel's close proximity to the beach and shops was a major plus. We would definitely consider returning to this charming hotel.
I totally recommend this hotel.

Great value for money with a spacious and comfortable room, and a kitchenette with a good-sized fridge. The hotel's location near the beach and Terrigal's shopping strip was perfect, and the staff were lovely and helpful.
The breakfast menu could be improved with a greater variety of options.

The hotel is ideally located, with an amazing view of the lake and close proximity to town. The king bed in the room is comfortable and the breakfast service is excellent, with a chef ensuring the eggs are always warm and delicious.
The room could use some refurbishment, as it shows signs of wear and instability during thunderstorms.

We had a great time at this hotel, which is located in a beautiful spot near the lake. the staff were friendly and the rooms were clean and tidy. the bed was really comfortable and we enjoyed a good night's sleep. the breakfast at the hotel was delicious and had a good variety of options to choose from.
There were a few things that could be improved. the bathroom was quite dated and could use some updating.

We had a blast at The Clan! The location by the water was stunning, and we loved the beautiful rooms and comfortable beds. The staff were amazing, so friendly and helpful. We even rented a paddle boat from them and had a blast!
Felt spoilt, no reason to complain.

Our stay at the Clan Terrigal Villa was a wonderful experience. The location was absolutely stunning, right on the water, and the views were breathtaking. The room was exactly what we asked for, and the cleanliness was impeccable. We also enjoyed a delicious dinner at the hotel's restaurant, the food was top-notch. The staff was friendly and accommodating, making sure all our needs were met. we were impressed with our stay and would definitely consider returning with our family.
One slight drawback was the occasional noise from souped-up cars and motorbikes due to the motel's location on the corner of two busy roads. However, it didn't significantly impact our overall enjoyment of the peaceful atmosphere.

Stunning Views and Convenient Location
The highlight of my stay at this beachfront hotel was the breathtaking view. Waking up to the panoramic sight of the golden sands and the Skillion felt like a dream. It was as if I had my own private oasis, a serene escape from the hustle and bustle of everyday life. The convenience of being just steps away from the water's edge was a bonus - a paradise for beach lovers like myself.
Hot water was broken on Saturday.

The infrastructure had a unique flair to it, the location was delightful with a beautiful lake view and just a short stroll from the beach and shops. The staff were incredibly warm, caring, and made us feel right at home. Our room was perfect for a holiday getaway, complete with a super cozy bed and impeccable cleanliness. The owners went above and beyond by upgrading us to a unit with a jaw-dropping water view and even took care of moving our bags for us. The proximity to the beach and town was very convenient. We were greeted with a friendly welcome after a long drive and enjoyed a lovely balcony overlooking the lake/estuary. The walk to the nearby Hungry Wolf Italian Restaurant was mind-blowing, and the stroll back helped us digest our delicious meal. The comfortable bed provided a great night's sleep and waking up to that view again was simply wonderful. We ended our holiday on a high note with a fabulous full breakfast in the conference room. It was a much better option than staying in the city and the two-hour drive back to catch our plane at 2pm was no hassle. The amenities such as free Wi-Fi, on-site car park, electric kettle, air conditioning, flat-screen TV, laundry. The availability of in-room breakfast, bar/lounge area, outdoor dining area, restaurant, welcome drink, coffee shop. The luggage storage and pet-friendly policy were also greatly appreciated. No smoking on-site ensured a clean and pleasant environment.

The location of the hotel is great, only a short walk away from the beach and the town center. The rooms are spacious with plenty of power outlets. The staff is friendly and helpful, especially Bredy who takes care of the breakfast patrons. The breakfast choices are excellent, and the restaurant overlooks a beautiful lagoon. The hotel also offers a shared laundry facility, which can be quite handy.
There were some bugs in the bathroom, which was otherwise clean and well-maintained.
